She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Grice, Sr.; her parents, Elmer Lazard and Pamela Lazard; her children, James Lazard, Mary Stephanie Grice of Houston, TX and Michelle Grice; and her siblings, Marshall Lazard, Alex Reed, Joseph McCory Lazard, Joseph McKenzie Lazard, Lillian Alsandor, Mary Ann Robertson, Gloria Lazard, Loubertha Robertson, Vivian Lazard and Eola Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Grice, Jr. (Phyllis) of Houston, TX, Wayne Grice of Houston, TX, Joann Cochran of Opelousas, LA, Cynthia Grice of Opelousas, LA, Mable Edwards (Gregory) of Houston, TX and Martha Thomas (Michael) of Houston, TX; and her sister Lillie Mae King of Opelousas, LA. She is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
