He is survived by: his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Bellow Bourque of Opelousas; his children, Shaun David Bourque of Opelousas, Brandon Keith Bourque of Opelousas and Angela Bourque Boone (Kevin Boone) of Sunset; his brother Collin Bourque (Cathy) of Pittsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Morgan Boone, Emily Boone, Kathryn Boone, Chloe Boone, Olivia Lanclos, Bryce Bourque, Lakynn Bourque and Leah Bourque.
