She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda Edwards and Earliest Chapman, Jr.; her stepmother Violet Chapman; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Reilly and Rosemary Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband William Courtney of Opelousas, LA; her children, Patrick Greene, Kevin Greene, Alonzo Greene, Tasha Greene, Acola C. Joseph and Nicole Robinson; her brothers, Jimmy R. "Bobby" Chapman and Steve M. Chapman; her aunt Bertha Guillory; and her uncle Roy Guillory. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
