She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Thibodeaux, Sr. and Octavia Chenier Thibodeaux; her siblings, Howard Thibodeaux, Raymond Thibodeaux, Peter Thibodeaux, Sr. and Phillis Thibodeaux; and her nephew Frederick Thibodeaux.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Sims (Lakeisha Lafleur) of Opelousas, LA, Paul Thibodeaux (Lauren Moody) of Breaux Bridge, LA, Shatari Hunt (Herman, Jr.) of Opelousas, LA and Ursula Burney (Derrick Phillips) of Opelousas, LA; her siblings, Lawrence Thibodeaux of Lake Charles, LA, Alvin Thibodeaux (Oradelle), James Thibodeaux (Ronald Thibodeaux), Felix Thibodeaux, Jr. (Donald Thibodeaux) of Iowa, LA, Beatrice Edwards (Dave) of Palmetto, LA, Patricia Lazard of Opelousas, LA, Francis Thibodeaux of Opelousas, LA, Sharon Lazard (Rodney) of Opelousas, LA and Glenda Thibodeaux of Opelousas, LA; and her aunt Elsie Mae Richard. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
