She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lewis Antoine and Hester Antoine; and her siblings, Edward Lewis Antoine, Anita Malveaux, Helen Joubert and Virginia Lee Jones.
She is survived by: her children, John "Greg" Joubert of Opelousas, LA and Ester "Rebee" Mooney of Brookshire, TX; her granddaughters, LaTysha Chavis and Jasmine Joubert; her great grandchild Michael Hayes, III; and her siblings, Ernest Antoine (Florida) of Opelousas, LA, Wilma Thierry (John) of Opelousas, LA, Rose Bass of Opelousas, LA and Vera Burleigh (Charles) of Houston, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 8:00 a. m. to 9:45 a. m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home. ** Please be advised we will adhere to the safety measures and precautions provided by the state of Louisiana due to COVID-19.
