It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Berchman Viviano of Opelousas, Louisiana, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Viviano and Julia Meyers Viviano; his brothers, Andrew Viviano and Paul Viviano; and his great grandchild Rocky Joseph Viviano.

He is survived by: his wife Carole Schexnayder Viviano of Opelousas; and his children, Richard Allen Viviano (Lisa), David Keith Viviano (Kathy), Teena Marie Viviano, Cynthia Ann Hines (Chris) and Susan Viviano Mathes (Scott). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joseph "J.B." Viviano's name can be made to the Opelousas Area Cerebral Palsy Clinic, 841 East Bellevue St, Opelousas, LA, 70570.
