He is survived by: his wife Marie Joan Stelly Sonnier; his children, Ted Michael Sonnier (Joyce) of Carencro, Keith James Sonnier (Lainey Humphries) of Nuba and Cheryl Fontenot (Ricky) of Opelousas; his siblings, Allen Sonnier of Bueche, Mervin Sonnier of Eunice, Wilma Daigle of Church Point, Mildred Beard of Church Point, Helen Young of Church Point and Linda Guidroz of Livonia; his grandchildren, Kristen Sonnier, Kristopher Sonnier, Nick Beard, Cody Fontenot, Desiree Fontenot, Natalie Ann Bennett, Celeste Rae Sonnier and Nicholas Curly; and his great grandchildren, Josilyn, Chayse, Graysen, Kaiden, Brantlee, Marley, Paisley, Brace, Noah, Mia Kate and Carlee.
