He is survived by: his wife Anastasia Beverly Collins of Leonville, LA; his parents, Louis Collins and Mary Julia Collins of Leonville, LA; his daughters, Eboni J. Collins of Leonville, LA and Kennedi F. Collins of Leonville, LA; his siblings, John C. Beverly, Jr. (Tiffany) of Opelousas, LA, Timothy I. Beverly (Dominique) of Opelousas, LA, Dymphna Adams (John) of Leonville, LA and Sharonda Beverly of Opelousas, LA; his nieces, Bertha Charles, Jasmine Collins, Chelsea Collins, Madison Collins and Shalyna Christian; his godchild Rileigh Collins; his nephews, Adam Collins, Jr., Jordan Collins, Lonnie Christian, Jalen Adams and Isaiah Christian; and his godchild Janee Ledet. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Williams Funeral Home (817 E South St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (126 Church Rd, Opelousas, LA 70551).
