He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Fontenot and Selena St. Andre Fontenot; and his siblings, John Fontenot, Morris Fontenot, Hatley Fontenot, Celestine Pitre, Mable Fontenot, Bertha Palmer and Cecilia Guidry.
He is survived by: his children, Antonio Fontenot of Church Point, LA, Merilda Meyers of Fort Worth, TX and Ann Renfro (James Renfro) of Fort Worth, TX; and his sister Anna Dale Lemelle of Liberty, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
