He is survived by: his children, John Thomas (Anthangela) of Opelousas, LA, Terry Payne (Starler) of Opelousas, LA, Leslie Thomas of Opelousas, LA, Gloria Thomas of Opelousas, LA, Brandy Stelly (Dwayne) of Opelousas, LA and Ashley Payne of Opelousas, LA; and his sister Carolyn Spikes of Lake Charles, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
