He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Gradney Auguste of Opelousas, LA; his daughters, Shannon Fontenot (Frank) of Opelousas, LA and Tiffany Richard (Eriton) of Opelousas, LA; his sister Dorothy Auguste; his nephew Dwayne Auguste of Opelousas, LA; his grandchildren, Jordan Brown of Baton Rouge, LA, Kennedy Brown of Baton Rouge, LA, Myles Brown of Baton Rouge, LA, Darian Arthurlee (Colby) of Carencro, LA, Marley Richard of Opelousas, LA and Braylen Richard of Opelousas, LA; and his great grandchildren, Jaedyn Brown of Baton Rouge, LA and Hendrix Arthurlee of Carencro, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home - Opelousas (817 E South St, Opelousas, LA 70571). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (732 N Union St, Opelousas, LA 70570).
