He was predeceased by: his sister Jessica Booth. He is survived by: his wife Megan Booth of Opelousas; his children, Hayden, William, Atticus and Andrew Booth of Opelousas; his mother Michelle Thomason of Omaha; his grandparents, Geri Booth of Florida and James Thomason of Las Vegas; and his sister Jeanette Stickney of Omaha Nebraska. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to help with future expenses for his children.
