She was predeceased by: her grandson James Foret, II; her great grandchild Olivia Jones; and her siblings, Agatha Fontenot and Reven Fontenot. She is survived by: her husband Paul L. Costanza; her children, Anthony P. Costanza (Angie), Joe Costanza (Joanne), Deborah Costanza Brignac, Stephanie Costanza, Phyllis Foret and Joyce Stelly (Chuck); and her sisters, Faye Bordelon, Charline Fusilier and Sheral Ortego (Jack). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
