She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Hannan and Helen Hannan; her grandchild Charlie Banks David; and her siblings, David Hannan and Shelly Pitofsky.
She is survived by: her husband Sam David of Opelousas; her sons, Eric David (Brenda) of Youngsville and Shawn David (Carrie) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Riley David, Cooper David, Camille David and Zachary David; and her siblings, Robert Hannan (Maria) of Satellite Beach, FL, Marc Hannan of Hollywood, FL, Michelle Grimm (Tom) of Siesta Key, FL and Garie Rose (Al) of St. Augustine, FL. She is also survived by twenty-one nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in the name of Mrs. Elizabeth David be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
