She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Paul Prather and Bena Clement Prather; and her siblings, Shelton Prather, Mary Steinhouse and Norma Savage.
She is survived by: her husband John Tujague of Opelousas; her daughters, Michelle Lindsly (Greg) of Opelousas and Stephanie Lafleur (Henry) of Spring, TX; her sisters, Ora Aline Richey of Mount Vernon, OH and Madeline Coto of Barnwell, SC; and her grandchildren, Phoebe Lafleur, Zachary Lindsly and Noah Lindsly.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Janie's memory to the American Cancer Society (American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123) or the American Heart Association (American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692).
