It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Whitlow Sr. (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Whitlow and Mable Chestnut; his son James Whitlow, Jr.; his brother Ezekiel Whitlow; his parents-in-law, Aaron White and Etta Mae White; and his brother-in-law Michael White.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa White Whitlow of Opelousas, LA; his granddaughter Heather Owens (Rashun) of Opelousas, LA; his great grandchildren, Jada and Jackson Owens of Opelousas, LA; and his brother-in-law Anthony White of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
