He is survived by: his wife Gerry Perry of Opelousas; his son Nathan Slade Perry of Opelousas; his siblings, Dale Perry (Lucy) of Grand Prairie, Keith Perry (Judy) of Scott and Barbara Hargroder of Opelousas; and his grandchildren, Carly Perry, Chloe Perry, Jase Perry and Jaxson Perry. He is also survived by Godchildren, nieces and nephews.
