It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Daryl Miller (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold and Mary Curtis Miller; and his sister Diana Gotte. He is survived by: his wife Loretta "Jane" Marcantel Miller of Lawtell; his sons, Scott J. Miller (Jorge Le-Roy Jr.) of Baton Rouge and Jude E. Miller (Michelle) of Opelousas; his sisters, Kathy Simar (Steve) of Jennings and Arlene Schneider (David) of Houston; his brother-in-law Kevin Gotte of Iota; and his grandchildren, Zachary Jude Miller and Zane Michael Miller. He is also survived by his family and friends.
