It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irvin Lagrange of Opelousas, Louisiana, born in Port Barre, Louisiana, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Bodin Lagrange; his former wife Nanette Jones Lagrange; his parents, Esther Duplechain Lagrange Kelly and Atelismar "AC" Lagrange; and his brother Lawrence Kelly.

He is survived by: his children, Glenn Lagrange (Pat) of Tampa, FL, Kevin Lagrange of Clearwater, FL, Karen Cox (Larry) of Broussard, LA and Lori Dekelegand of Opelousas, LA.; his grandchildren, Chris Wyble, Alison, Dustin Higginbotham, Casey, Michael Lagrange, Blake Guillory and Jade Valin; his stepgrandchildren, Colleen and Nash Cox; his great grandchildren, Jack, Maeve Higginbotham, Carder, Skylynn, Chad Guillory, Camille, Saige Valin and Ryder Lagrange; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Landon and Logan Valin; his siblings, Joe Kelly (Barbara) of Opelousas and Verna Kelly Vidrine of Opelousas; and his siblings-in-law, Mavis Deville Kelly of Opelousas, Nicole M. Meche of Lafayette, Bobbie Jones of Lafayette, Robert Henry Jones of Broussard and Don Jones of Milton.
