With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Huey Baby Charles Simoneaux (Opelousas, Louisiana), born in Church Point, Louisiana, who passed away on May 23, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Huey Charles Simoneaux, II; and his siblings, Frank Joseph Simoneaux and Mildred Cortez. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Daws Simoneaux of Opelousas; his daughter Suzette Hadley (John) of Opelousas; his grandchildren, Grace Syzette Hadley-Rasko and Wade Michael Hadley; and his brother Lebon Joseph Simoneaux (Jeanette) of Opelousas.
Due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we will be abiding by the governors order which limits the visitations and funeral services to 25% capacity.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contribution be made to the Charles Simoneaux Memorial Rodeo Scholarship at McNeese State University (P. O. Box 91989, Lake Charles, LA 70609).
