He is survived by: his wife Peggy Guidry Theriot of Opelousas; his children, Phillip Wayne Theriot (Aimee LaBiche Theriot) of New Iberia, Jessica Theriot Smith (Dwayne Smith) of Lake Charles and Jennifer Theriot Turner (Ryan Turner, Sr.) of Carencro; his grandchildren, Brooke Smith, Morgan Smith Bass (Michael Bass), Ryan Smith, Peyton Theriot, Gavin Domengeaux, Grant Domengeaux and Ryan Turner, Jr. (RJ); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Bass and Owen Bass.
