He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford Noel, Sr. and Eva Goodly Noel; his brother Rayford Noel, Jr.; his son Henry John Noel, Jr.; his sisters, Nancy Noel and Diana Noel Savoy (Larry); and his brother-in-law Timothy Wilkens.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Stelly Noel of Palmetto, LA; his daughter Eva Noel of Opelousas, LA; and his siblings, Lincoln Noel (Betty) of Mamou, LA, Dennis Noel (Norma) of Lake Charles, LA, Sherral Tezeno of Mamou, LA, Ruby Wilkens of Lake Charles, LA and Juliet Webb of Mamou, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
