She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Gene Hebert; her parents, Berchman Tate and Aspasie Kidder; her son Ryan Joseph Hebert; her brothers, Melvin Tate and Jerry John Tate; and her sister-in-law Rhona Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hebert, Sr. of Opelousas, Bryan Hebert (Wendy) of Arnaudville and Brenda Melancon (John Burgin) of Arnaudville; and her grandchildren, Lukas Rowland, Kiera Rowland, Jerry John Hebert, Jr. (Jamie) and Jonathan Hebert (Samantha).
