He is survived by: his wife Betty Rogers Boudreaux; his children, Harold Boudreaux, Jr., Darrell Boudreaux (LaTasha), Rachel Ann Sawyer, Luecinder Mary Booker and Bridget Parker (Kenneth); and his sisters, Cinda Richard and Sharon Gradney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
