She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Guillory and Gloria Marks Guillory; her husband Michael Dale Bourgeois; her siblings, Chad Paul Guillory and Sherry Guillory Fontenot; her brothers-in-law, Fred Bacon, Eddie Bellow, Glenn Fontenot and Patrick Bourgeois; her nieces, Kaitlyn Bellow, Bailey and Brooklyn Bellow; and her godson Brooks Edward Bellow.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jackie Guillory Bacon of Fayetteville and Tammy Guillory Bellow of Opelousas; her siblings-in-law, Chris Bourgeois (Christine) of Opelousas, Mark Bourgeois (Holly) of Delcambre, Linda Bourgeois of Opelousas and Sheila Boney (Karl) of Ville Platte; and her aunt Annette Hardy of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
