She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Simmons and Octavia Sam Simmons; and her brother James Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Guillory of Opelousas, LA; her son Carl Lynn Guillory of Opelousas, LA; and her sisters, Mary Lou Simmons of Lake Charles, LA, Ruby Lee Wilson of Houston, TX, Rose Mae Nelson of Houston, TX and Delsa Mae Simmons of Houston, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and a host nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
