Simmons of Opelousas, LA, Alice Carmouche of Opelousas, LA and Lucille Simmons of Opelousas, LA; and his godchildren, Serenity Rubien of Opelousas, LA and Tyriah Carmouche of Opelousas, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Mark United Methodist Church (534 S Market St, Opelousas, LA 70570).
