He is survived by: his brother Dave; his sister-in-law Ruth Green of Ashland Kentucky; his brother Tim; his sister-in-law Kathy Green of Quarreyville, PA; his brother Dan; his sister-in-law Roberta Green of Williamsport, NY; his sister Kathy; his brother-in-law Phil South of Mount Vernon, WA; his son James "Jamie"; his daughter-in-law Ashley Green of Pecaniere, Louisiana; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Catherine Green.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.
