He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Mitchell Lemelle; his parents, Robert Lemelle, Sr. and Georgiana Auzenne Lemelle; and his sister Sherrill Fuselier. He is survived by: his children, Paula L. Davis (Terry) of Opelousas, LA and George R. Lemelle, Jr. (Michelle) of Opelousas, LA; his brother Robert Lemelle, Jr. (Justine) of Carencro, LA; and his grandchildren, Blake (Angelica), Blaine (Darenee), Cameron (Arianna), Mya (Devin, Sr.), Braylin and Kylie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
