He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Ezane Lemen; his daughter Sherrie "Pote" Lemen; and his grandsons, John Lemen, Jr. and Dr. Christopher Montgomery. He is survived by: his children, John Lemen (Karensue), Susan Robertson (Floyd Dupre), Lynda and Edie of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Jessica Sandoz (Stephen) of Opelousas, Maxwell Lemen of Roswell, Ayla Humphery (Bobby) of Plant City, Will Lemen (Blaire) of Columbus, OH and Beau Lemen of Ohio. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
