He is survived by: his mother Barbara Richard Smith of Opelousas; his sister Tammy Richard of Opelousas; his godmother Mary Helen Milton of Opelousas; his nephew Devon Edmond; his great-niece Kinzley Angelle; and his godchildren, Chloe Richard, Tamaal Richard and Treylon Richard. He is also survived by three nieces.
