She is survived by: her son Kelvin Green of Opelousas, LA; her brothers, Franklin Joubert of Decatur, GA, Joe Nathan Joubert of Shreveport, LA, Marshall Joubert III of New Castle, DE and Terry Joubert of Houston, TX; and her friend Josephine Bertrand Thomas. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
