She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Childress Lafleur (Larry) of Opelousas, Cynthia Childress Messersmith (Chris) of Irving, TX and Diana Childress Delisle of Ayr; her grandsons, Louis Lafleur (Michelle) of Spring, TX, Edward Lafleur (Kaja) of Youngsville, Andrew Lafleur (Sarah) of Fulshear, TX, David Lafleur (Tara) of Union Bridge, MD and Travis Messersmith of Irving, TX; and her stepdaughters, Jeanne Reinert Graves (Charles) of Austin, TX and Nancy Reinert Moore (Jake) of Dripping Springs, TX.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her memory to Hospice of Acadiana or Our Lady of Prompt Succor Nursing Home.
