Fontenot of Opelousas; her children, Timothy Wayne Fontenot of Opelousas, Nathan Fontenot (Chelsea) of Carencro, Jami Rush (Keith) of Apex, Jessica Patin (Mike) of Lafayette and Kasey Duplechin (Alex) of Milton; her grandchildren, Allen, Dax, Khloe, Beau Jr., Jocelyn, Eli and Addie; her brother David Aucoin of Washington; and her aunts and uncles, Nysie, Wayne Watson of Cedar Key, Bill and Louella Hedges of Roswell. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Skip Montet Chapel at LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas (2845 S Union St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
