He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Parsons; his parents, Lemuel Perry and Ida May Parsons; and his children, Toni Parson and Devin Parsons.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya Parsons and Michelle Lavergne of Carencro. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
