She was predeceased by: her husband Earnest Reed of Arnaudville; her parents, Carlton Thomas, Sr. and Lucille Alsandor; her siblings, Harold Thomas, Henry Thomas, Verna Johnson, Lou Anna Williams, Verlia Lewis and Rose Mary Richard; and her grandsons, Alquince Gibbs, Mark Reed, Dylan Brown, Jonathan Reed and Jermaine Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Reed, Thomas Reed, Lucille Reed Rose, Ophelia Reed Gibbs and Verlia Josette Reed Byrd; and her siblings, Joseph J. Thomas, Lealand Thomas, Carlton Thomas, Jr., Philoman Thomas Mayon, Janella Thomas Beverly and Elizabeth Thomas Green. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
