He is survived by: his children, Joshua Edwards, Sr. of Opelousas, LA, Terry Edwards of Opelousas, LA, Lionel Edwards of Opelousas, LA, Frederick Edwards, Sr. (Linda) of Lake Charles, LA, Lessie Mae Edwards of Opelousas, LA, Barbara Mae Richard (Clyde, Sr.) of Beaumont, TX and Mary Edwards-Ivory of Jennings, LA; and his sisters, Lydia Edwards of New Orleans, LA, Ella Mae Joseph (Sylvester) of New Orleans, LA and Victoria Pollard (Jimmy) of New Orleans, LA.
