She is survived by: her son John Zachary, Jr. (Shannon Ashley) of South Dakota; her siblings, Joseph Thompson (Louise) of Leonville, LA, Hellian Thompson (Aggie) of Leonville, LA, Vivian Major (Paul) of Opelousas, LA, Velma Thompson of Texas City, TX, Mary Catherine Thompson of Leonville, LA and Leana Sonnier of Baton Rouge, LA; her grandchildren, Johnecia Douglas, Johnequa Zachary, John Zachary, III, Johneshia Zachary, Jaterya Zachary, Javonte Zachary, Donte Zachary, Janessa Zachary, Jaysa Zachary, Jaxson Zachary, Jamia Martin and Cody Jones; and her great grandchildren, Chason Alexander, Aria Werdel, Patrick Cook, III, Jamia Bennett and Tradarius Edwards. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
