With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Brasseaux of Opelousas, Louisiana, who passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy "Pete" Fisette and Mildred "Poon" Tauzin; and her brother Roger Dale Fisette of Opelousas. She is survived by: her daughter Elaine B. Wyble; her son-in-law Gary Wyble of Youngsville; her brothers, Herman Fisette (Georgette) of Opelousas and Lonnie Fisette (Norma) of Lake Charles; her granddaughter Danielle Wyble; and her great grandchild Ian Poole.
