It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Darbonne of Opelousas, Louisiana, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Gautreaux and Mable Theriot Gautreaux; and her brother Billy Gautreaux. She is survived by: her husband Paul Wayne Darbonne, Sr. of Opelousas; her children, Paul Wayne Darbonne, Jr. (Karen) of New Iberia and Michelle Darbonne of Opelousas; her brothers, Wayne Gautreaux of Opelousas and Carroll Gautreaux of Opelousas; her grandchildren, Dylan Darbonne, Kenedi Darbonne and Cooper Ivy Hebert; her stepgrandchild Dale Ann Theriot; her great grandchild Hayes Rebert; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Skye Theriot, Brian Theriot, Jr. and Elizabeth.
