He is survived by: his wife Doris Comeaux Stelly; his children, Nina Stelly Seraille (Donald) and Carlos Mark Stelly; his siblings, J. P. Stelly (Joyce) of Opelousas, Calvin Stelly (Margaret) of Burnett Texas and Roma Gail Stelly Ramey (Tom) of Georgia; his sister-in-law Brenda Soape (Comeaux-Smith); his grandchildren, Myretia Seraille and Donita Jackson (Tremane); his nephews, Roger Stelly, Eddie Stelly, Baxter Smith and Bart Smith; his friends, Andrew Padillo, Gary Billeaudeau and Gary Berringer; and also Andrew Padilla. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
