It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edmond Pickens Jr. (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on February 28, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Pickens, Sr. and Sophie Davis Pickens; and his sister Beatrice Thompson. He is survived by: his daughters, Pendoria Eaglin (Alec) of Opelousas, LA and Ivana Greene of Houston, TX; and his siblings, Steven Pickens (Mary Bernadine) of Opelousas, LA and Frances Grant of Opelousas, LA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.
