He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bill and Eliza Bill; and his siblings, George Bill, Jr. and Shirley Bill. He is survived by: his wife Sable Bill of Church Point, LA; his brothers, Donald Ray Bill (Gloria) of Beaumont, TX, Leroy Bill of Dallas, TX and Johnny Lynn Bill of Beaumont, TX; and his close friend Nathan Frazier (Jeralyn) of Beaumont, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
