Amy; his sons, Mark D. Amy (Annette), Brett R. Amy (Jody) and Jean Paul "JP" Amy (Kristine); his siblings, Wayne Amy (Cheri), Alan Amy (Gail), Kyle Amy and Cathy Amy; and his grandson Braxton Amy.
