He is survived by: his children, Destiney Francis of Lafayette, Latania Bias (Davrin) of Church Point, Jamie Jacobs (Gregory Hathorn) of Carencro, Shelly Henry (Fredrick Rubin) of Opelousas, Tevin Jacobs of Scott, Kollin Romero of Lafayette, Madden Guidry of Lafayette, Eric Johnson of Church Point, Jeremy Jacobs of Carencro, Trevor Jacobs of Carencro, Connor Choplin and Donny Joseph Jacobs Willis Jr.; and his siblings, Danny Jacobs, Beverly Frazier, Dianne Francis, Tammy Arceneaux and Daphne Alexander.
