He was predeceased by: his son David O. Couvillon, Jr.; and his parent Thomas Corvillion. He is survived by: his wife Von Howe Courville of Opelousas; his daughters, Nichole Pinson (Clay) of St. Francesville and Mara England (James Andew) of Walker; his siblings, Thomas Couvillion, Aleyce Couvillion Hatch of Oklahoma and Linda Couvillon Lomenick of Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Evan Pinson and Rayne England.
