He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Louise Gary; his parents, Ovey Gary and Amelie Gary; and his siblings, Chester Gary, Eljay Gary, Mamie Gary Badeaux and Betty Gary.
He is survived by: his children, Barney Gary (Frannie) of League City, TX, Patty Gary Pitre (Dwayne) of Sunset and Melissa Gary Lancon (Kevin) of League City, TX.; his grandchildren, Chad Mergist, Caitlin Gary Thomas, Kelsey Gary, Logan Lancon and Lauren Lancon; his great grandchildren, Dylan Mergist, Tanner Mergist, Coralie Thomas and Camelia Thomas; and his sister Dean Gary LeBlanc.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donation be made to the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy.
