He is survived by: his wife Linda Babineaux Bertrand of Opelousas, LA; his daughters, Dianne Bertrand Charles of Lake Charles, LA, Phyllis Godfrey of Lake Charles, LA, Pamela Bell (Keith) of Lake Charles, LA, Keisha Mitchell of Lake Charles, LA and Charlotte Rosette of Houston, TX; and his siblings, Mitchell Bertrand (Cheryl) of Opelousas, LA, Michael Bertrand (Jeanette) of San Antonio, TX, Josephine Thomas of Opelousas, LA, Barbara Richard (Zack) and Carol Walker of Houston, TX. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
