He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bellard and Della Doucet Bellard; and his brothers-in-law, Connie Tatman and Nolan "Coke" Robin. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Bellard (Linda) of Port Barre, Betty Tatman of Opelousas, Wanda Robin of Sunset and Sandra Bellard of Port Barre. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
