He is survived by: his parents, Warren Edwards and Cheryl Frank of Opelousas, LA; his children, Ja'Niya Frank of Opelousas, LA and Chad Frank, Jr. of Opelousas, LA; his sister Denise Michelle Frank (Javaous) of Houston, TX; his grandmother Inez Frank; his parents-in-law, Larry and Judy Simon; his sisters-in-law, Sonya (Terral) of Opelousas, LA and Samantha (Romalis) of Opelousas, LA; his nieces and nephews, Jykele, Jeron, Danielle, Devonte, Donte, Saige, Terral, Jr. and Roman; and his godmother Elizabeth "Birdie" Grandnigo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.
